By accessing or using Twogle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Twogle is an AI-powered relationship app designed for couples to strengthen their bonds through technology-enabled connection, communication, and growth. Our services include:

  • AI relationship coaching
  • Communication tools and guided conversations
  • Couple activities and challenges
  • Goal setting and progress tracking
  • Personalized insights and recommendations

3. Eligibility

To use Twogle, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Use the App with the consent of your partner

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Share content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Interfere with the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer or copy the App
  • Use the App to harass or harm others

6. AI Coaching Disclaimer

The AI relationship coaching provided by Twogle is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing serious relationship issues or mental health concerns, please seek help from qualified professionals.

7. Third-Party AI Services & Data Sharing

Twogle's AI coaching features are powered by third-party artificial intelligence services. By granting AI data sharing consent within the App, you acknowledge and agree that certain data will be shared with the following providers:

  • Anthropic, PBC (Claude) — receives your conversation messages, name, partner's name, relationship details, and goals to generate AI coaching responses. Anthropic Privacy Policy
  • OpenAI, LLC (GPT-4o mini, Moderation API) — receives message content and anonymised routing signals for content safety monitoring and message routing. OpenAI Privacy Policy

AI data sharing consent is optional. You may use Twogle's non-AI features (Sparks, Quizzes, Goals, Messaging) without granting consent. You may review the data sharing disclosure at any time via Settings > Legal > AI Data Sharing.

Your data is not used by these providers to train AI models. For full details on how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy — Third-Party AI Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Twogle and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Our refund policy as stated in the App

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twogle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
