Introduction
Twogle (DotZero Technologies Private Limited) is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content or behavior of any kind.
Who Can Use Twogle
Twogle is designed exclusively for users aged 18 and above.
We do not knowingly permit minors to use the platform, nor do we permit content or interactions that exploit or endanger minors.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Twogle:
- Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or manipulation of minors
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Any use of the platform to target, solicit, or communicate with minors for harmful purposes
Prevention Measures
Twogle employs the following safeguards:
- AI-powered content moderation to detect and remove harmful content
- User reporting tools available in-app to flag safety concerns
- Review and removal of flagged content by our safety team
- Permanent banning of accounts found violating these standards
- Cooperation with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required
- Age verification during onboarding to prevent underage access

Users can report child safety concerns directly within the app using the Report feature, or by contacting:
All child safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Regional Compliance
United States
Twogle complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
Canada
Twogle complies with:
- Canada's Criminal Code (Section 163.1) on child exploitation
- The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
Confirmed CSAM is reported to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (C3P) via Cybertip.ca.
European Union & United Kingdom
Twogle complies with:
- EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions relating to minors
- The UK Online Safety Act
We cooperate with national authorities and participate in reporting mechanisms established under EU law for online child safety.
India
Twogle complies with:
- Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO)
- Information Technology Act 2000
- IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021
Confirmed CSAM is reported to:
- National Cyber Crime Portal (cybercrime.gov.in)
- National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR)
ASEAN
Twogle complies with child protection and online safety laws across ASEAN jurisdictions, including Singapore's Children and Young Persons Act.
We cooperate with law enforcement agencies across the region and report confirmed CSAM to relevant national authorities and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) where applicable.
